Chief Executive Officer
Kenn is a respected financial services executive and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of industry leadership. He co-founded and served as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management at Exeter Finance Corp, a $3 Billion company specializing in subprime auto financing. While at Exeter, Kenn helped raise more than $300 MM of committed capital across two rounds of financing. Earlier in his career, he served in leadership roles at AmeriCredit Corp (now GM Financial) and Drive Financial, LP (now Santander Consumer USA) in risk management and analytics. Kenn’s extensive business leadership experience spans key functions within the lending industry including portfolio and risk management, financial operations, research analytics, credit analysis, information technology, compliance and corporate reporting.
Kenn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He is a dedicated community leader, serving on the Executive Board of the Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America, Texas Wesleyan School of Business Advisory Council and United Community Centers of Fort Worth.
Chief Operating Officer
Allan is an entrepreneurial business development executive with 25 years of experience across multiple industries. He joined the Jet Capital team from Exeter Finance Corp where he led strategic initiatives and operations strategy, implementation and effectiveness. He was instrumental in selecting and deploying technology and executing strategy and process improvement that helped grow the company from $200M to $3 Billion in receivables. Prior to Exeter, Allan was part of the Circle 360’s leadership team, where he oversaw investor relations, business development, and strategic partnerships. He co-founded Quick Reference Corporation and Pacific Hemisphere Company in 1996 and 2008, respectively, and his considerable experience includes production engineering, research and development engineering, risk management, sales, and global account management.
Allan received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He serves as the CFO of Annie’s Golf Classic which has raised over $225,000 for charitable organizations including Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation, Victory Therapy Center and Fields of Honor Foundation Children’s Fund. He is also an active member of Rotary International and the Knights of Columbus, where he spent 12 years as a youth leader.
Chief Technology Officer
Mike leads the implementation and management of Jet’s future-ready application, portfolio and infrastructure platforms. He is a technology visionary with over 25 years of IT and strategic business experience as VP of Omni-Channel, interim CIO and VP of IT at RadioShack, where he drove multiple millions of dollars in annual savings. Mike has extensive knowledge of business and technology operations, e-commerce, application development, program management and IT infrastructure. He is known for his ability to create and articulate corporate vision and a P&L-focused mindset.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas in Business Computer Information Systems. He is a member of the Fort Worth Symposium Advisory Council and was a founding member of the Store Operations Council.'
